Split Stance Medicine Ball Twist Toss
This is an excellent exercise for maximizing power output through the core/abdomen. More specifically, it focuses on rotational power in the horizontal plane and is a key component for a multitude of athletes. Additionally, this exercise also attacks core stability, which occurs during the catch as you are decelerating the speed of the ball while having to maintain balance at the same time before your next throw.
