Looking for different ways to work your lower body? Trying to spice up ? your squat game? Here’s a variation of the squat that you can try! The Kettlebell Goblet Squat is another way that you can really develop the lower body. More than that, it also requires the activation of your abdominals and scapula to perform the movement properly as well.
Here’s a great example of the exercise along with a brief explanation of how a squat pattern should look like. Take notice of the technique and try comparing it to yours in terms of form and technique. Does it look similar or is it totally off?
